El Rompio, Panama

El Rompio means broken beach in Spanish and is a small fishing village near the larger town of Chitre’, Herrera, Panama. The resort is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath bed and breakfast located just across the street the main street from the Bay of Panama / Pacific Ocean. Some of the amenities we have are an observation deck, pool, kiddies pool, a full bar, and 3G / phone and internet.

Walk across the road and down the beach you will find a magnificent 8 Km beachfront area that is a county park, which for the most part is completely deserted. Several huts have been built for anyone to use and enjoy.

If you want to explore the Azueros peninsula day trips can be arranged. You can enjoy a picnic on a farm, in the mountains near Tonasi, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Enjoy the surfing beaches of Playa Vanou, shop the local craft stores in Chitre‘, or fish world famous Pedasi fishing ground, And much more. All within a easy, gentle ride on brand new highways.

   

Tourist Medical Emergencies in Panama
